  2. Biometric and document verification.

Tie-Breaker Rule

In case two or more candidates secure equal marks in the CBT, the candidate with the older date of birth will be given higher priority in the merit list.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the official website, www.gims.ac.in, and locate the online application link for Advertisement No. GIMS/2026/Manpower/NT-03/10.
  2. Complete Candidate Registration – the first of five parts of the application process.

Important Instructions

  • Only the Online Application System is applicable; applications sent through any other medium will not be accepted.
  • Candidates should read the advertisement carefully and ensure they possess the required qualifications and fall within the prescribed age limit before starting the application process.
  • The number of vacancies mentioned may increase or decrease.
  • Admit cards will be available for download from the website only; they will not be sent by post. No change of examination centre will be permitted under any circumstances.
  • No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the written examination or document verification.
  • Regular service applicants must submit a “No Objection Certificate” from their current employer.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Gautam Buddha Nagar only.
  • The Director, GIMS Greater Noida, reserves the right to fill or not fill any or all of the advertised posts, without assigning any reason.

Mark for Review Facility in the CBT

During the Computer Based Test, candidates will have access to a “Mark for Review” option to revisit any question, but this facility is available only within the prescribed time of the active section – once a section is submitted, review is no longer possible. Two situations are worth noting: if a candidate marks a question for review without answering it, that question is treated as unanswered when the section’s time expires and is not evaluated at all. However, if a candidate answers a question and also marks it for review, it is treated as the candidate’s final answer at the end of the section – it will be evaluated normally, earning marks if correct and attracting negative marking if incorrect. Candidates should keep this distinction in mind while managing their time during the exam.
