Eligibility
- ✓Passed SSLC (10th) or an equivalent exam by the last date of application.
- ✓Able to read and write Kannada.
- ✓Equivalent courses accepted: CBSE or ICSE Class 10, Class 10 of other State boards, NIOS secondary course, or a secondary course from the Karnataka Open School (as clarified by the Karnataka Government order of 27.02.2018). Marks cards from any other board will not be considered.
Age Limit
The extra 5 years is a one-time relaxation for all categories applying in notifications issued up to 31.12.2027, as per the Karnataka Government order dated 29.01.2026 and the High Court letter of 24.02.2026. Age is counted on the last date of application.
Application Fee
Pay online through SBI Collect (net banking, credit/debit card, UPI) via the court website link. Demand drafts, postal orders and money orders are not accepted. Applications without fee payment will be rejected.
Selection Process
- ✓Selection is as per the Karnataka Civil Services (General Recruitment) Rules, 1977 and the Karnataka Subordinate Courts (Ministerial and Other Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2007 and 2021.
- ✓Candidates are shortlisted by average marks in SSLC (10th) and called for an interview in the ratio of 1:10 per post. The interview carries 10 marks, and the final ranking uses the 10th marks and interview marks.
How to Apply

- 2Fill the online form with the date of birth, qualification and category exactly as in your SSLC marks card (upload a PDF of the marks card).
- 3Give your own mobile number and e-mail address. Upload a recent photo and signature as instructed.
- 4Pay the fee online and submit before 31.10.2026, 11:59 PM. Fee payment by 03.11.2026.
Incomplete or wrong applications will be rejected. The recruitment follows the final order in Karnataka High Court Writ Petition No. 200448/2025.
