How to Apply: Step-by-Step

Your application will be screened automatically, so one wrong file or format can reject you instantly. Follow these steps carefully:

  1. Prepare your PDFs
Gather and scan your educational certificates (10th, 12th, graduation/PG), RCI or state council certificates, and any experience letters. Save them as clear, high-quality PDFs. Avoid JPEG or image files.
  2. Register on the Portal
Go to https://tsgrecruitment.edcil.co.in/login, register, create your login, and sign in.
  3. Enter Your Details
Fill in your personal info and academic scores exactly as they appear on your certificates. Enter your valid RCI or CRR registration numbers carefully. Double-check your email and phone number since interview calls will come through these.
  4. Upload Documents
Upload your resume and all certificates in PDF format. Use the preview option to confirm your files are clear and uploaded correctly.
  5. Submit Before Deadline
Review everything before submitting. The deadline is June 4, 2026. Submission is final—no payment is required, and you’ll get an acknowledgment slip to save or print.

Interview Prep: What to Focus On

Since there’s no written exam, the interview is your make-or-break moment. The panel wants to see your clinical skills, readiness for fieldwork, and how well you fit with the local culture in Andhra Pradesh.

  • Know your core skills and case studies
Don’t just memorize theory. Be ready to discuss real scenarios involving children with autism. Therapists and psychologists should know early screening tools, behavioral therapies like ABA, sensory strategies, and how to work with non-verbal or sensitive children. Special educators should be ready to talk about creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), managing varied classroom needs, and adapting teaching materials for autistic students.
  • Brush up on Telugu and English
Telugu fluency is a big plus. You’ll work closely with parents from rural and urban Andhra Pradesh who might not understand technical jargon. Practice explaining complex ideas like “speech dyspraxia” or “sensory overload” in simple Telugu that parents can relate to.
  • Sharpen your computer skills
You’ll need to handle MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for tracking student progress and reporting to the State Project Director. Expect questions or practical tasks around managing spreadsheets and writing reports.

Is This Contract Job Worth It?

Many hesitate at the word “contractual,” but this role offers more than just a paycheck. Working for PM SHRI under EdCIL is prestigious and gives you exposure to a high volume of specialized cases you won’t find in private clinics. It’s a powerful stepping stone for future government jobs, top medical institutes, or research roles. Having EdCIL and the Government of India on your experience certificate will make your resume stand out when you apply for permanent or international positions in the years ahead.

If you’re serious about growing your career in clinical or special education fields, this opportunity is a solid launchpad. Prepare well, apply on time, and give it your best shot.
