Retired district court employees in Uttar Pradesh have a chance to return to service. The office of the District Judge / Chairman, Selection Committee, District Court Siddharthnagar, has invited applications to re-engage retired employees against 37 vacant posts, from Pradhan Sahayak and Varishth Sahayak to Vahan Chalak and Class IV staff. Who Can Apply

Retired district court employees who are physically fit, have a clean character roll for the last 5 years, and have no criminal or civil case pending or registered against them can apply. Selection depends on the applicant’s past record and ACR (Annual Confidential Report). A candidate can apply for only one post; applications for more than one post will not be accepted.

Educational Qualification

• Pradhan Sahayak / Varishth Sahayak: Retired district court employee eligible for the clerical post; a typing test will be held for re-engagement.
• Vahan Chalak: Retired district court employee eligible for the driver post.
• Daftari, Adeshika Vahak, Ardali/Office Chaprasi: Retired district court Class IV employee.

The application form asks for your educational qualification, but the notice does not prescribe a separate minimum degree beyond your service background.

Age Limit

Engagement continues only until the re-engaged employee turns 65, so applicants must be below 65 years of age. The notice does not prescribe a minimum age, since only retired employees are eligible.

2. Fill in your name, date of birth, date of retirement, last post held and the district court you retired from, along with your address, mobile number, email and qualification.
3. Paste a latest passport-size photograph, sign the undertaking, and attach age proof, health certificate, photo ID and the last pay drawn/pension order copy.
4. Submit the application at the Administrative Office, District Court Siddharthnagar, on or before 07 October 2026, 5:00 PM. Late applications will not be considered.
