Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Sericulture Assistant (Pre-Cocoon Sector)

• Three years or four years full time degree in Sericulture.
• Three years full time degree plus PG Diploma in Sericulture.
• Four years full time bachelor degree in Agriculture Sciences or Forestry.
• Three years full time degree in Zoology, Botany, Biology or Biotechnology, plus a PG diploma in Sericulture.
• Or the same Biology or Biotechnology degree, plus one year of experience in sericultural project work.
• Desirable: work experience in silkworm rearing and grainage.
• Age: upper limit 35 years as on 26 October 2026.
