Who Can Apply

• Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University, with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA of 5.5 on a 10-point scale, with a good academic record.
• Desirable Qualification: NET/M.Phil/Ph.D. Degree in the concerned subject; research publications in peer-reviewed journals will be given due weightage.
• Age Limit: Maximum 64 years, as on 30 September 2026.

Engagement Terms

• Remuneration is Rs 1,200 per class, subject to a maximum of Rs 60,000 per month (as applicable).
• The engagement is for the academic year 2026-27, and the tenure may be terminated at any time before the end of the academic year.
• The incumbent has no claim for regular appointment under OUAT.
• The guest faculty may leave the assignment by giving one month’s prior notice, subject to acceptance of resignation.
• The empanelment remains valid for one year.

How to Apply

1. Report to the Office of the Dean, College of Agriculture, OUAT, Chiplima, on 6 October 2026 at 10.30 AM.
2. Bring all original documents (certificates, mark sheets from HSCE onwards, experience certificates), two sets of self-attested photocopies of each document, and two recent passport-size photographs, along with updated Bio-data.
3. Bring a No Objection Certificate from your present employer, if applicable.
4. Submit a Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque of Rs 500 in favour of Comptroller, OUAT, Bhubaneswar, before appearing for the interview.

No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. Candidates should report at the venue latest by 10:30 AM.
