Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Education

• Graduate or above from a recognised university.
• Technical qualification: Diploma or above in Computer Application.

Who can apply

• Ex-bankers and empanelled BRPs from banks.
• They need 5 to 7 years of rural micro or small enterprise experience.
• Empanelled block or district trainers, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants and MBA graduates who know micro-enterprise loans.
• Active women SHG members of the same block for the last 3 years.
• The applicant must be a valid voter on the current electoral roll.

Residence

• Must be a permanent resident of the block applied for.

Age limit

• 25 to 45 years on 1 January 2026.

Salary Details

Selection Process

1. Written MCQ test: 60 marks. Topics are General Knowledge, English and Maths of Class X, Reasoning, Current Affairs and NRLM concepts.
2. Computer test: 30 marks on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
3. Personal interview: 10 marks.

• Self-attested copies of education certificates.
• Computer certificate.
• Experience proof.
• Originals at the selection stage.

How to Apply: Step by Step

1. Get the form from birbhum.gov.in, a Gram Panchayat or a Block Office.
2. Fill it in and attach self-attested copies.
3. Drop it in the box at your Block Office, NRLM Section.
4. Go between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM on a working day.
5. Submit by 30 October 2026.
