Jagat Mata Mahila Sankul Stariya Sangathan, Naimed (Block and District Bijapur, Chhattisgarh) has invited applications for 1 full-time post of IFC Anchor under the Integrated Farming Cluster of the National Rural Livelihood Mission (Bihan) (No. 86/CLF NAIMED/2026-27, dated 25/09/2026). The honorarium is Rs 30,000 per month plus Rs 3,000 travel allowance. Candidates need a PG degree in Agriculture, Horticulture or a related subject. About the Job

The Integrated Farming Cluster works to improve the livelihood of women farmers, livestock keepers and self-help group members in rural areas. The IFC Anchor will promote farm, off-farm and non-farm livelihood activities, including agro-ecological practices, soil health and water level improvement, crop diversification and productivity, nutrition through agri-nutri gardens, livestock management and breed improvement, timely veterinary care, and animal care and vaccination.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Minimum qualification: Post-graduate degree in Agriculture / Horticulture or a related subject from a Government-recognised university.
• Minimum experience: At least 1 year of field-level experience in agriculture and animal husbandry based livelihood work after the required qualification.
• Desirable: If no candidates meet the above, candidates with a regular PG degree from a recognised university and 2 years of rural-level and agriculture-related work experience may be considered. Preference for experience in rural context and marketing. Ability to work in Hindi and English with knowledge of the local language. Skill in computer and MS Office, with Hindi and English typing. Own two-wheeler with all documents for field visits.

More than 21 years and less than 45 years as on 01 January 2026.

Salary

Consolidated honorarium of Rs 30,000 per month plus Rs 3,000 travel allowance, paid from the IFC budget through the Nodal CLF.

Terms and Conditions

• The appointment is purely temporary. It may be extended yearly based on evaluation and project needs.
• Probation of at least 1 month, then extension for 11 months after work evaluation. After 1 year, it may be extended for another year on scoring at least 75% in KPIs reviewed by the CLF committee.
• Candidates removed earlier from Chhattisgarh Aajeevika Samvardhan Samiti or any government department for indiscipline, misconduct or irregularity are not eligible.
• Candidates who married before the legal minimum age, or who married a person whose spouse is living, are not eligible (the government may relax this for sufficient reason).
• The recruitment will start only if at least 10 times the number of posts in applications are received.
• Incomplete or unclear applications will be rejected without notice.

• Walk-in interview on 06.10.2026 at the Janpad Panchayat office, Bijapur.
• Selection follows the rules and guidelines of the scheme. The evaluation committee’s decision is final.
