The Office of the District Judge, Bhadrak has released a new recruitment notification for the engagement of retired ministerial staff in the Fast Track Special Court working under the POCSO Act. This recruitment is being conducted on a purely temporary and contractual basis.

As per the notification, one vacancy is available for the post of Senior Clerk. Only retired ministerial staff who retired after completing their regular government service or took voluntary retirement with a clean service record can apply. Candidates who were dismissed, removed, compulsorily retired, or faced departmental proceedings are not eligible.

The selected candidate will work in the Fast Track Special Court of Bhadrak. Initially, the appointment will continue up to 30 June 2027 and may be extended further depending on the continuation of the scheme and eligibility conditions.
