• Officers of Central or State Governments, Union Territories, universities, research institutes, PSUs or statutory bodies.
• Holding an analogous post on regular basis, or 5 years of regular service in Level 11 (₹67,700 to ₹2,08,700).

Education

• A Master degree in Economics, Physics, Mathematics or Chemistry.
• Or a Bachelor degree in Engineering.

Also needed

• A certificate as energy auditor from the National Examination under the Energy Conservation Act 2001.
• 10 years of post-qualification experience in energy efficiency in industry, transport or building.

Age limit

• Not above 56 years on the closing date.
