• TGT (Science): Four-year integrated degree from NCTE-recognized institution with 50% marks in the concerned subject and aggregate including B.Ed.; OR Bachelor’s/Honors Degree with 50% marks in Biology/Life Science/Botany/Zoology as Honours/Main Subject for at least three years/6 semesters, with specified subsidiary subject combinations, plus B.Ed.
• TGT (Social Studies): Studied any two subjects from History, Geography, Economics, and Political Science at graduation level, of which one must be History or Geography, for at least three years/6 semesters, plus B.Ed./integrated qualification as per the specified routes.
• TGT (Maths): Mathematics as Elective/Main subject for at least three years/6 semesters, Physics for at least 1 year/2 semesters, and one of Chemistry/Electronics/Computer Science/Statistics for at least 1 year/2 semesters; qualified in UPTET or CTET Paper-II; competence to teach through English and Hindi media. B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics or Chemistry candidates are NOT eligible for this post.
