Basic Requirements (All Posts)

• A Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• A 2-year Post Graduate degree or Diploma in Management, along with regulatory certifications like NISM or IRDA, is highly desirable.
• A minimum CIBIL score of 680 is mandatory.

Experience Required, by Role

• AVP II (Group Head): At least 10 years in wealth management or retail banking sales, including 5+ years leading a large team.
• AVP II (Territory Head): Minimum 6 years managing relationships in wealth management, including 2 years as a team leader.
• Deputy Manager (SRM): At least 3 years as a Relationship Manager handling affluent or HNI clients.
• Deputy Manager (Wealth Strategist): Minimum 3 years as an Investment Counsellor or Relationship Manager, with knowledge of mutual funds, insurance, PMS and AIF.

Contract Details

These roles carry an initial fixed-term contract of 5 years. Based on performance, the contract can be extended by another 5 years, up to a maximum age of 60 years.
