Education

• A Class 10 pass, or an ITI or equal qualification from a recognised board.

Residence

• A citizen of India and an inhabitant of Arunachal Pradesh with a valid Permanent Residence Certificate.
• An Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe certificate, as the notice states.

Language

• Working knowledge of a local tribal language of Arunachal Pradesh.

Age relaxation

• APST: 5 years. PwBD: 15 years.
• In-service staff and ex-servicemen as per the notice.

2. Merit by the order of preference you choose.
