Education

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised Indian university, or an equal qualification.

Age and community

Salary Details

Selection Process

1. Single level written exam. There is no screening test.
2. The exam is online (CBRT). Marks may be normalised if there are many sessions.
3. Paper-I General Studies and Mental Ability: 150 questions, 150 marks.
4. Paper-II Social and Cultural History of Andhra Pradesh and Welfare Programmes: 150 marks.
5. Paper-III Indian Constitution and Welfare of Weaker Sections: 150 marks.
6. Total 450 marks. Each wrong answer costs one third of the marks.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus

The syllabus covers current events, science, history, geography, polity, economy, reasoning and data analysis in Paper-I. Paper-II covers the history and culture of Andhra Pradesh and welfare programmes for SC and ST. Paper-III covers the Constitution and protection measures for weaker sections.
