The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation commonly known as AMC has published a job notification of 250 posts of assistant seniour clerks. interested candidates who have required qualification can apply the post online from with in 7th july 2026 through the official website of Ahmedabad Municipality called www.ahmedabadcity.gov.in . Candidates who have completed their graduation with 50% marks and above and also have three years of administrative experience are eligible for the post to apply online.

apart from these there are 10 post are to be reserved for the pwd candidates . PwD reservation is acceptable only for the candidates who have a disability of 40% or more and must be certified by a Civil Surgeon.

Age Limit

The minimum age required is 18 years, while the upper age limit is 38 years as on the last date of application. However there are age relaxation benefits for the reservation category.

If a reserved candidate apply the post as unreserved candidates looking at the huge number of vacancies they will not be provided age relaxation. Their age limit to be treated as general candidates.

Salary

Note: Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly salary of ₹26,000 during the first three years. After satisfactory performance evaluation, they will be placed in Pay Matrix Level-4 (₹25,500–₹81,100) along with applicable government allowances as per Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation rules.
